This Janome New Home Yarn
Embroidery Kit works with the Memory Craft 5000, 5700, and 9000 sewing
machines. It is brand new and was opened at one time to show a
customer, but it has not been used. It comes in the original box
with all the original pieces. Regular retail value is
about $175. It comes with the yarn embroidery foot, yarn bobbin,
nylon thread, 3 spools of yarn (red, gray, and blue), special needle
clamp screw, yarn guide, yarn holder, brush, handle, spool stand, memory
card, template sheets, and instruction manual.

All push-in bases are the same size. The only difference is the shape of the bulb. Many Singers & Sears Kenmores take the bulbs with push-in bases.
The bulb at the very bottom of the above photo fits Necchi BU & Mira, perhaps others; 12 volt, 5-10 watt.
All screw-in bases are NOT the same size. The first (white bulb) is very large, the next two are very small, and the final photo set shows two small-based screw-in bulbs with different shapes. A small based screw-in bulb measures 1.5 inches around, so take a piece of yarn, wrap it around the base of the bulb, and then measure the length of the yarn. If it measures 1.5 inches, then you need a small-based screw-in bulb.
All bulbs are new except for the bulb in upper left corner of the first photo set below, which has been used, though it does still work.
Some
bulbs are frosted; some are clear.
